Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For details please see individual items.

Estimated Shipping Time
Generally 2-10 days from we have shipped the order depending on the freight company and your country.
Shipping may take longer if international customs duties and import taxes must be collected from you by the freight company.
You can follow the progress of the delivery using the track and trace information we provide you.

Customs duties and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Note: Below is an example of the default Cancellation & Return Policy. Generally you should not ask us to update this unless you want to provide your customers better terms than default!

We gladly accept returns as long as you ship the item(s) back within max 14 days upon delivery.

Please contact us as soon as you decide you want to return any items by logging in to your upXycled account and then next to the order click the 'Support' button to create a Support Ticket. If you did not register an account when you submitted the order you can contact us by clicking the 'Ask Seller about Product' button visible when viewing one of the Product(s) you purchased from us.

Please notice that you as the buyer will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

If you refuse to receive the parcel thus forcing the freight company to return the parcel to us, any return shipping costs claimed to us by the freight company will be deducted from the refund you will receive.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, you as the buyer are responsible for any loss in value.

We strongly recommend that you return items with a track and trace number.
You are responsible for the item(s) until they are safely returned to us.
