What is upXycled.com ?

upXycled.com is the new global marketplace for upcycled, recycled and repurposed handmade items offered by independent sellers.

Do you also have a physical store ?

For now upXycled.com is exclusively an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

Do I need to create an account to purchase items ?

No you can purchase without creating an account, but we recommend during Checkout that you either create an account, or login using Facebook or Google. By doing so you can:

  • login to see the status on your current and previous orders
  • easily contact the Seller(s) by creating a Support Ticket
How can I contact sellers ?

When you purchase items from our sellers during Checkout we recommend you either create an account, or login using Facebook or Google.

You can then afterwards easily contact a seller by logging in to your account and create a Support Ticket for an order.

To ask a seller about a specific item before purchasing when viewing the item you can use the ‘Ask Seller about Product’ button. Or you can use the ‘Contact Seller’ button on a seller’s store page to ask a seller generic questions.

I made an order and I have still not received the parcel. What should I do ?

Please first check the estimated processing times for the item(s) you purchased. The estimated processing times are listed in the order email you received as well as viewing the item(s) at upXycled.com.

Notice that the processing times is the time the seller estimates to use from receiving your order until it has been shipped and providing you the Track and Trace information.

If you, after the number of days listed by the seller in the estimated processing time, have not yet received an email with Track and Trace information, or otherwise been contacted by the seller please first try to contact the seller.

If you within reasonable time have not had a response from the seller please contact us using the contact form Contact Us.

How do I pay for an order ?

During Checkout you can pay with the most common types of payment cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Klarna, Bancontact, Giropay, EPS or Multibanco (availabillity of some of these payment methods depends or your country). Credit Card payments are processed by Stripe new tab window.

How about shipping and delivery ?

As we are a vendor based online marketplace, the different sellers decide which destinations they will ship to. Some sellers may offer free shipping for all their products and other may offer free shipping when a certain cart total is achieved. You can see a sellers shipping policy both when viewing a product and when viewing the seller’s store page.

How about cancellations and returns ?

Sellers must always adhere to upXycled’s Terms & Conditions stating that customers have up to 14 days after receiving an order to regret the purchase and to return one or more items in the order to the seller.
Exception to this rule are orders picked up by the customer at the sellers store address.


As also stated in the terms and conditions the customer generally pays the cost of returning items to the seller (please ensure to return as a traceable parcel).
Exception to this rule is in case of a valid complaint where the customer returns wrongly delivered or defective items to the seller in which case the seller must refund the customer reasonable costs held by the customer for returning the items.
